Love this company, the quality to the customer service in the stores I just have nothing bad to say about it. Mostly all natural fibres to so I know it’s going to last and not fast fashion!

1st Class service from Olivia

The staff member at SD at Glasgow fort was excellent, he took his time to understand my need for the size of pullover I was needing let me try other ones on and then ordered the one I wanted then he explained about the gift card I had that would now extend for another 2 years...first class staff member sorry I did not get his name .

Poor choice and abrupt staff
Went there to use gift cards given to me. I liked doing this in previous years after Christmas to get some bargains in the sales. Unfortunately when I asked a store assistant she told me there is no sale items anymore, it’s all online and they would match the price, so I was wandering around the store trying to find things from the website that looked ok and trying to find them in store! Another assistant tried to find a pair of jeans I liked but they weren’t there. Eventually settled on a coat I liked tho.
The young female store assistant was very dismissive and unhelpful towards me which I found unnecessary.

Purchased a beautiful Jacket
Purchased a beautiful Jacket, unfortunately it had pulled thread's. I returned item to store and was disappointed that I was only offered 20% off garment and was not able to use my blue light discount card. They were unable to give me a new jacket as it was discontinued stock. I was expecting to purchase jacket for discounted price plus be able to use my blue light card as the jacket was damaged. I had to accept the offer as my granddaughter loved the jacket. Was told it was company policy.
