I had the worst experience with…
I had the worst experience with superdry. I placed the click and collect order from superdry website . After a couple of days, I received notification from delivery partner- evri that my parcel was delivered and when i visited store to collect and said they dont have it, the manager was quite rude , the delivery partner said they are trying to locate the parcel and the superdry customer service is such shit, they kept telling me that they would look into it days after days and dint do anything

Problem with order
There had been some sort of problem with my order and I didn't initially receive a confirmation email. The members of staff in the Glasgow store were very helpful, especially a young man (maybe Ethan or Ewan? ) who contacted customer services to find out what was going on and tracked delivery for me. Great customer service.

My visit was very good
My visit was very good. Find what I was looking for. We always shop at superdry. It's my husband favourite brand . Sometimes we laugh and say "it's family brand ". Staff is very good.

I love this coat
I love this coat. I spend 2 hours a day outside and this jacket has been a game changer. Someone else bought one for work and we both love them and have recommended them to so many people. It feels as if you're wearing a warm lightweight quilt.
