Caring
I was walking from Queen street to central and had a stop by to see if I could get a specific pair of cargo pants I have bought previously at a different store. I was able to find them and even got some great recommendations for dinner from a member of staff, I don’t recall their name but I thank them very much as I did not know the area.

I returns some of my purchases through…
I returns some of my purchases through a store and the staff told me that I'll get a confirmation email while I haven't received any for a week! Nothing has been refunded yet. No update on the system at all. The customer service only says I should wait for 10 working days. I'm not asking to get a refund right away, I just want to confirm that they are properly returned. Why doesn't the system update the status?
