Superdry - Guildford Avis 

Another excellent day's shopping at Superdry Guildford. Staff very helpful. I pity the poor assistant who had to assist me purchasing my sweatshirts and lumberjack shirt. Very patient and professional.

When visiting the store please remember to bring the staff Galaxy chocolate.

Do not like the return in store process where you get no email or confirmation of return other than taking a photo of the store screen which has nothing on it to say it’s you. However the money was returned quickly

Guildford branch - Friendly staff and great products. I bought some shorts before going on holiday but later found they were 1 size too small. Exchanged them 30 days later and got no hassle even though the policy was 28 days.

Very prompt friendly service both online and in the shop.

Sloppy service. Served by a young female who clearly was not interested in work at all… I gave an assistant the code for 2 tops and she still gave me two different items and I had to return to the store to exchange them for the correct items, even though I questioned the price at the time. I was the only one in the queue, yet she screwed the tops up instead of folding them neatly. There was a folding board right under her nose as well… 🙄 In the end I folded them myself! I don’t know why they employ people who don’t careless. If you don’t have pride in what you do, don’t do it…
