Our delivery was supposed to be up to 5 working days. Wednesday was the 5 day point and it's now Sunday and still no delivery. Great store service, but delivery has not happened yet and no comms to keep us updated

My package was not available in store (despite tracking telling me it was delivered to the store previous day), And the store staff were extremely unhelpful .

I returned a coat that I bought online…
I returned a coat that I bought online and returned it to a superdry shop as it was a bit small and I didn’t want to post it back. A bit of a faff getting a refund and then having to buy another but the outcome was great, I went home with one that fitted. The staff were brilliant and I couldn’t fault the service I got there.

A change to traditional sizing charts please!
From the great welcome 1st order discount to collecting from the High Wycombe store, the whole process was easy.
I will say though that Superdry would be better served proving the more traditional cm/inches sizing charts online rather than the current algorithm that takes your height, weight and reviews into account.
The leather jacket I bought was a 62% fit based on the algorithm according to the current system - and it was incorrect with it fitting only with a t-shirt on, anything else it was too tight.
The procedure for returns was straightforward and prompt though with the High Wycombe staff very courteous and knowledgeable. 5 stars service.

I had been into your High Wycombe…
I had been into your High Wycombe branch with my son who has learning difficulties, he wanted a specific pair of trainers for his birthday and although they didn’t have his size the assistant named Angela was very sensible and suggested he try on the same shoe in a different colour just to make sure they fitted - then she would order them on line. This she did and they arrived two days later and fitted perfectly. I would give her an A star - she was brilliant.
