Great colours and perfect fit
Was overjoyed to find these chinos in actual colours, rather than just navy and sand. Nicely judged non-primary tones, too.
Was anxious about fit after a disappointing time with one of the brands aimed at older people, my expected size fit perfectly.
Also, when returning the backup sizes, we just made it for closing time (Leamington) but they kindly stayed open to process it, which surprised and impressed me.

Incredible customer service!
Great product but the service was next level. We’d had a pretty bad morning but the guy serving us asked how our day was and genuinely listened. He was so kind and made us laugh, really made our day. Keep hold of him! He’s a goodun x

Went in Leamington spa store looking for a warm coat as going to New York, your manager approached me and advised me what I would need. He was amazing and took time as I wanted one without a hood, he looked on line and found the one he thought would suit me, so I ordered one and it came next day. Just come back from New York and coat was brill. Thanks for the advise and service, you now have a loyal customer.
