I am new to this country
I am new to this country, and this was my first experience buying clothes here. I am not familiar with your company, so I wanted to share my thoughts. There were so many clothes in the center, and as I was shopping alone, I found it difficult to decide which one to choose. I feel customer support is very important, as I could have used more guidance or explanations about the clothing options. This is just my personal experience and not intended as criticism towards anyone.

Great Customer Service & Quality of Product
Quick delivery of the items I bought online, great quality items and whilst I had to return them both to size up I did this in store where I received great customer service. Very pleased.

Bad store behavior and bad delivery

Don't buy winter coat in summer 🤦♀️
My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because the coat i wanted wasn't available in store (trying to buy a winter coat in the middle of summer doesn't help 😆🤦♀️). I asked one of the sales assistants about it and she was really helpful, advised me to check the sale section and then try on a few coats so I can get the right size for me to order online.

Fantastic store 10/10
What made my experience great was the attention to customers. Both on the shop floor and at the till. The fitting rooms had someone available and the team were always about making sure the store looked fantastic. Even the sale rails looked fantastic and well displayed. 10/10 - will definitely come back and this was my first experience shopping with Superdry.

Always a great experiende
Staff are always friendly, the store tidy, and fantastic products. As a man, I sometimes struggle to find a wide selection of clothes to try on in a physical store (the mens section in a lot of shops is woeful, often being reduced to a couple of rails). Always love the chilled atmosphere in here too.

Quality shorts, satisfying press studs
Bought these in store as I wanted to try on first. Staff are always helpful, and I like being able to see how the clothes look and feel before I buy.
Clothes feel quality, fit me well and look great. With these particular shorts the pockets are fastened by press studs, not buttons, but they are the most satisfying press studs to press I have ever used.
