Non existent customer service
Worst customer service - no one knew what was going on. The staff seemed lost in the store and didn’t even know where basic displays were. Staff were unable to leave their posts to help customers and instead tried to call other staff over to help using a radio, which no one answered. Waited 15 min alone for the answer to a basic question on shoe sizing, and ended up leaving due to the team member not coming back.

I like super dry
I like super dry, the clothing is very comfortable. I have a curved spine so I like to buy bigger tops so I am comfy. Super dry gives me exactly what I want.
Your customer service is always great too.
I like to go when it is quiet because I’m visually impaired and I don’t like it to be too overwhelming so I can browse at my own pace.

Yet again using hermes the item i ordered has not been delivered if i knew that who was delivering my item i wouldn't have ordered i live over the road from 40 flats which there is loads of herion addicts yet again they didnt knock on my door and left package behind my bin ill never order online with you again and neither will my family and friends i have contacted hermes and clear pay to cancel payments
