The casual trousers was packed and presented like a piece of Rag.To say I payed £56 pound for them was a joke.Took them back to the shop and they said it was the packers fault and they had no control over the way they are sent.As a company I am amazed at the atitude of everyone.What a shame as I love your clothes.

Staff didn’t care at all
Was wondering around the empty store for about it 20 minutes trying to find something for my dad for Christmas and not once was I approached by staff as they were all just standing at the till talking on both floors not paying attention at all then when I went to pay it felt like I had interrupted their conversation, with a dirty look and not a very polite transaction

Very good quality!
I recently bought a jumper for my daughter & a top for my husband as xmas presents. They are very good quality! I would prefer to pay a little less but compared with cheaper products/prices in other shops, these will last much longer.
