Got my recent purchase during a sale
Got my recent purchase during a sale. Item I bought was almost 50% less than original price, quality jacket at a bargain price.
The shop is well laid out, but could do with a bit more lighting, it makes it difficult to see colours properly when they store is quite dark.

Bought 3/4 coat
Bought 3/4 coat. Staff member very helpful. Went out of her way to see if specific colour and size was in stock. Gave tips on best way to save on delivery cost. Ordered there and then.
The whole process was stress free and easy.
Arrived in two days.
Love the coat. Stylish, lovely fit (true to size) and warm. Plenty of pockets. Very happy.

Lovely young lad assisted me with with different sizes when I was in the changing room also at the til.There was lovely lady with long dark hair was incredibly helpful too when picking up my online orders both very joyful, friendly and put a huge smile on my face. I will be back. Fabulous customer service these members of staff are a huge asset to your store.
