Your staff in Eldon Square shop in Newcastle were excellent. Very helpful, pleasant and professional. At almost 78yr old I don’t understand the internet but Elliot and Craig ( I think) placed my order for me . I was delighted when I received my Taupe Coat thro the post, thanks to these 2 special Customer Service Gentlemen 👏👏
