The lady in store reading Oracle helped me find there were no more in store and happily ordered online and sent my home address, and it arrived on time.
I havnt opened the packaging yet as its for my daughters birthday in December but I'm sure it will be the right coat. Many thanks

The cashier at Superdry Reading branch…
The cashier at Superdry Reading branch forgot to take off the plastic or metal things that makes the alarm. We went to Superdry Bracknell branch to ask for help on the other day. He said they have different remover, told us to go to JD if they cannot remove it he said come back to him. The JD staff manage to take off the alarm.

Terrible updates on tracker
Product was too big, but the issue was I ordered online and a track your order email was sent to me, but the tracker never updated, the date when purchased was earlier than the tracker date said, then as no update on tracker I went to store and they said oh sorry, we’re not good at letting people know there order has arrived…not great

First time in a Superdry shop and I liked the ambience and layout of the products. I was looking for some shorts. They were not all in one place, but rather scattered throughout the shop. This might seem frustrating, but I had time on my side and so enjoyed seeing the various products in different settings. Ended up getting additional stuff!
