Great service from a friendly member of staff in the environment in the store good to look forward too looking around even though it’s in a claustrophobic environment good quality clothing great price should of been in the sales at the time but there you go the Jacket etc and Shopping for nice clothes in the men’s section trying to find the perfect fit wanting to leave the shop with something.

I went to superdry store in reading Oracle to make a return for a tracksuit I bought for my husband. They didn’t want to make the return for me as my husband had puth on the tracksuit at home to try it on. We wanted to return it as the tracksuit sweater had a fault at the zipper and also had a hole from the tag they put on the clothes. The employees were very rude with us making a very big deal for a return talking to us in a bad way then said they will return the sweatshirt but not the pants which was not what we wanted after my husband came and started shouting at them they accepted doing the return in a very rude and unprofessional way they turned the till screen at me all rudeness and anger, my husband was very angry with that and wanted to leave the clothes there and just go I stayed and finished the return.
I work myself as a sales assistant and on the cash desk so I know very well how the policy’s for the return and refunds. What I can say is they where very unprofessional and very rude also seeing that our English was not very good and that we couldn’t defend ourselves so good anyway it’s unacceptable for people working in retail being so rude and without respect at all to the costumers. We buy so many times from superdry because of the quality is so good but if people working there are so rude we’re definitely not going to buy from superdry anymore.
I’m very unhappy and angry in 2024 for people having these kind of reactions for just a return.

Very helpful assistant, wanted fleece track suite bottoms for my husband , didn’t have any on shop floor , so the assistant quickly offered to order them on line, she was very polite and efficient with a lovely smile

I understand that the festive season can be a tough one having worked in retail however this experience has left me unwilling to ever visit a superdry store in person. I walked in and the store was empty so the lack of customer service cannot be blamed on a busy store. I had salles associates stand by as they saw me sorting through clothing looking for sizes for what I was purchasing. Staff needs training on what customer service is.

The quality of the coat is excellent. The staff where very helpful when I asked questions.

Friendly staff, good quality clothing, but way too expensive.

Just not a great experience, I was specifically looking for a new hoodie, they were all over the shop whereas they used to be in one place. The changing room was fine but the attendant unhelpful, didn’t really look at at me or offer to take what I wasn’t buying off me so I dumped them on the table next to her after I asked what to do. Got into a queue of 6/7 people with one person on the till, waited a few minutes then looked round and found two people chatting and asked if one could go on the till to help and that sorted that out. Finally, going through my transaction she asked for my email to send the receipt to, she then flicked the screen round so I inputted it all which makes sense but there should have been prefixed end email addresses ie @gmail.com / @hotmail etc and then she gave me a paper copy of the receipt so what was the point. Think I’ll just go with online next time.

Bought many items here over the years, never had any issues, excellent service as well...thank you!

There was a big range of clothing selections and the staff was great.

Bought items previously so I know the quality of them.
They are a Christmas present, so have not been worn yet.

I returned items very good just waiting for the replacement as requested on the return and haven’t heard anything since returning
