Very helpful staff, genuinely caring. Loved the products and received the best service. They took time to search for my item online, different stores, more than one member of staff tried to help. Although I didn’t get my choice in stock, but can’t complain. I will definitely recommend anyone to visit Romford branch. Well done, Team!

Happy customer
Great selection of winter coats (that is what I was looking for).
Really helpful member of staff in the Romford branch - very attentive didn't rush me (even though I came in 15 minutes before closing time!). I was able to find an excellent, warm and good quality coat just in time for the cold snap we're about to have.
Only thing is I found the store quite dark in places and the sizing comes up small in some of their products. Would recommend

Excellent customer service
I received excellent customer service, the staff was very friendly and professional. I went in to exchange the size of a jacket I bought online and that was done very quickly and efficiently. Thanks Superdry Romford!

Friendly and helpful staff
Came here the other day. Found a nice jacket. The guy on the till was very friendly and explained their opening times as it was a Sunday, it was open earlier but could not trade till 11. He kept the jacket for me to save holding it, so I could continue looking around. Staff as said friendly and willing to help.

Bigger sizes

The quality and ddsign of your products are excellent. The value is also fair but the most is the people behind every shop that i went to, they’re friendly and professional to their job. If I’m the CEO of Superdry, I will raise the morale of these employees and give them reward and raise thier wages. More power to your dynamic business.
