Ordered item in shop being told it would be delivered 1-2 days and I would be contacted either by email or phone , this didn’t happen I had to chase store who said it wasn’t in and would I like customer services . No your store said it would be quicker to have delivered to store so you contact them I said . When they then started looking into it my item had been delivered to store but no one had contacted me . Certainly won’t be using again
