The free delivery was in good time, and the jumper is lovely & cosy. A perfect length for my wee mum who is only about 4 foot 8 & finds most jumpers are like dresses on her.

She checked availability on screen and arranged to have it delivered to my home, it arrived a few days later. Excellent. Cannot beat personal touch, makes a difference. Staff are always helpful in this store.

Great service
The delivery was great, loved the coat. Fab colour. Unfortunately the coat was longer than I wanted and I felt the sleeves were too long for my liking. More of a style thing for me I'm 5"8 size 14 it was a good fit. I returned the coat to the nearest superdry store and it was a smooth and easy no hassle return.

Terrible delivery service.
I recent experience was incredibly disappointing. I ordered a gift for my brother with next-day delivery, yet it arrived several days late with no updates from the courier. Worse, the package arrived in terrible condition—damp and very bad condition.The driver didn’t even knock, just left it in a random spot. This has made me question the reliability of Superdry’s delivery service. I hope they reconsider their courier choice to avoid future issues.

I love my coat!!!
They had exactly what I was looking for in style. The black coat of my dreams. I'm very happy with my purchase. The cashier was amazing as well. And no one hovered too much. I hate that. They were all lovely.
