Staff were very helpful & good shop experience

I recently bought two tops and a pair of summer shorts from Superdry, and I'm really happy with my purchase. The quality is great, the clothes are comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Definitely a store I’ll return to!

I bought some lovely items which were on sale. I just feel the shop is a bit cluttered with stock, I wish items were spaced out a bit better so I could browse easier. But all in all, a fun positive visit.

I will start with all staff members from Windsor Store , which are absolute amazing, Always very kind and helpful, politeness and professional. I feel happy all the time I purchase in this store which is my favourite. Products are very high quality and value money. I like the choices the company provides as fashion industry. I'm absolutely delighted with Superdry and Windsor store. Well done 👏,

Amazing service as always. Bought a jacket, had an issue but was quickly sorted in the store.

Yes all good. The delivery was messed up as Evri delivered to the wrong address. It took ages to report this and then, they didn’t respond until the next day. Meanwhile, I had got on to Superdry and the matter was dealt with and I was able to pick up a new item from my local store where I had placed the order.

I ordered a hoodie for my son, chose click and collect at the Windsor branch, the staff member who served me was extremely polite and friendly. The hoodie was packaged really well. Delighted with how quick, easy and stress free this all was.

The member of staff was very helpful and found the right jacket for me..

Delivery as expected, well done

Received a Country Club Velour Loose Hoodie today. The letter “S” or Superdry logo is mikes away from the rest of the word. When attempted to return, they offer dropping the order for £2+ or drop it for free at the store. So, Superdry created work for me to walk 30 minutes to the store (at least we have it in Windsor) or they want me to spend money on returns when they send such a poor quality item… Very disappointed. It’s December - a busy enough month and your staff can’t be bothered checking an item before shipping it. Will not be buying again.

Found what I wanted and staff were superb

Store was cluttered. Struggled to walk from door to changing room. Changing room was in unattended. Not a massive issue for me but is always a nice touch. Particularly as there were plenty staff but more interested in chatting at the desk. Final straw was at checkout when I said yes to emailing receipt I was still given a paper copy. My email was used to send me unsolicited junk mail. Which I assume was what Superdry are more interested in

The Staff at the counter was cooperative and searched my required size of Jacket by herself and found it for me

It was an easy choice for me, the quality is ok and so is the price

Friendly staff and professional.
