Really great staff
Really great staff. Made a mistake with my order and the staff quickly fixed everything. Super friendly and very patient. Would definitely buy from again.

Perfect Perfect Perfect!! Can I say perfect again?
The quality of the jumper is perfect- it's incredibly comfy and I love the style. The people who served me in the store were incredibly helpful- so kind and approachable it was such a refreshing change to other shops on the high street!
I'm sorry I can't remember they're names (I was in the store approx 11am 5th Feb in the Woking store- two brilliant ladies served me!)
I was so surprised with free home delivery- a massive bonus!
The whole experience just felt personalised for me which makes me want to come back and visit everyday! My nearest store is windsor, and I also frequent kingston a lot and always love the experience in each store!

Jacket pocket torn
I had bought a jacket in-store and had to return it as the pocket was torn.
In-store they suggested, I make an online order that can be delivered to the store. They placed the order and that new jacket had the exact same issue.
I don't think the in-store staff was too keen to address the issue, they were just happy to accept the returned order.
Didn't bother placing another order.

Gorgeous coat
I bought my coat on line and collected in Woking. It was superbly wrapped and the girls in the store were very friendly and welcoming.
The coat fitted true to size and is probably the best coat I have ever had. Love it.

I had a great experience at your Woking branch. I was returning a shirt I bought online as it was too small. Your staff member Yiggy was very friendly and helpful and also a great sales person because he convinced me to let him order another shirt for me while I was in the shop. He is an asset to your team

Excellent service in the branch
Excellent service in the branch, but as the size was not available, I had to place an order online. Delivery was very quick and the hoodie is super comfortable, good quality material, thick jersey and just perfect for the season.
