Unfriendly service
The store was practically empty when I shopped, my husband and I were the only customers. I was waiting at the till for more than 5 minutes before anyone came to serve me, the young did not thank me for waiting or greet me at all. At payment the till froze, after a call to another colleague the young woman informed me we’d use the other till, again to apology for the inconvenience. When my payment had gone through she simply pushed my item towards me and started a conversation with a male colleague. I said “thank you”, she didn’t acknowledge me so I said “bye”. Again there was no acknowledgement, no thank you, nothing. I think general friendliness is not too much to ask let alone basic good customer service.

My daughter wanted a 'different' coat for Christmas and loved the vintage afghan style. When we saw it in York with 25% off we grabbed it :)

It was fast delivery to store but not…
It was fast delivery to store but not so good collecting it. No staff around even though store open, had to go looking for someone.Store staff didn’t know what to do, had to keep checking my email, took about 20 minutes, on a quiet morning. Frustrating

Super service at york store.

Fantastic
Just been into the York store, very late in the day but the girl who served me (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) was excellent, a credit to the company! Nothing was too much bother.
(She was slim with brown shoulder length hair and had a badge that said I pad boss I think.)
