I had an excellent experience with Super Dry (in NYC and online shopping)!The range of clothing and accessories plus other products is highly impressive, with stylish and high-quality options to suit different tastes. The service was outstanding from start to finish—efficient, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist online. Everything about SuperDry reflects professionalism, highest quality, and care! Highly recommended! I am one great Super Dry fan!

I really enjoy my experience when shopping at Superdry weather it is in store or on line. The customer service in-store on 34th street, I have experienced to be professional and friendly. I try to check the location every season. I love the quality, integrity and style of the garments. I am always able to find something I really can not do without to build my wardrobe. I noticed whenever I wear something from them I Always get compliments on it. In closing I would say please continue with the Integrity and Quality first and foremost. I also do enjoy a good sale. I love the jacket and the quality the size run small and the customer service in the store very bad they refused to exchange my jacket just because I purchased it online saying they can only do return but I needed my jacket at this point because the weather was very cold and jacket came with broken zipper which is not my fault

My daughter loves her coat
My daughter loves her coat. I actually got 3 more for the whole family. These are way warmer then north face or goose or Marmot. Don't let the hype fool you. These are quality jackets coats. Heavy duty and warm asf

Quality and super fast delivdry
What a super surprise when the Everest bomber jacket arrived from the UK within 3 days to Southern Maryland! The second surprise was to find that the faux fur collar was removeable!
Furthermore, it fit my niece perfectly and she is over the moon with her early Xmas gift.

Scammers
First of all I placed the order and it took almost 2-3 weeks for them to confirm it and ship than it has almost been the end of a month when suddenly I get informed that due to some issue my order was being canceled and refunded!!! What kind of service is that I had been patiently waiting only for this and the cherry on top they have only refunded me $8 when the total amount I paid was $263!!!
