Great customer service
The jacket didn’t suit. Sending it back could have been awkward because Fastway, a courier, went out of business at that precise moment. I was able to contact Superdry’s HQ and they arranged for me to post it directly to them. So a gold star for their assistance.

Love Superdry!
I was searching for certain type of shirt for a while now and I was able to find it in Superdry, girl on the till was nice and friendly, sun was shining outside. What else do we need :)

had to wait a few days for it to arrive but the product itself is great quality and good/accurate fit. Would recommend this brand.

The webshop is easy to use, but.....
The webshop is easy to navigate & use & the Returns process is fair & made easy.
Sizing is not consistent across different products like sweat tops, jumpers & T-shirts...... a Med in a jumper does not equate to a Med in a sweat top. which means Returns & Re-Ordering.
My inittial order had a 10% discount applied, but this discount did not apply when I had to re-order the sizes I had to change to..... so I didn't bother with the order.
