Super Easy Storage Avis 

I recently hired Easy Storage for my move, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the initial inquiry to the final box being loaded, their team was professional, efficient, and incredibly helpful.

Amazing Service
Did it in one hour rather than the two hours that were booked, and the guys were so helpful and amenable.

Our experience with Super Easy Storage was flawless. The movers were efficient, strong and incredibly hard working. Our move was no easy feat and the service was second to none. The tracking component, communication and price made what was an overwhelming process, seamless. Super Easy will be the only storage and removalist service we ever use. Thank you!

5 out of 5 stars. I filled out a quote form online and within a couple of hours I had a call from Sandra who was amazing to talk to. She explained everything to me about my different options and there was no pressure to decide there and then. She sent through everything in an email so I had time to make my decision.
They were the nicest and easiest to deal with and the price was great. Sandra was great to deal with and made the process so much easier!

We have had a lovely experience with both the customer service staff and also on the floor with the man working in the storage unit.
Highly recommend the company as it has been a very simple process.

Do not use!!!! 40% cost increase in 7 months plus 3x delivery costs originally quoted.
So so so bad.
They kept claiming increased running costs…. This is literally a storage facility with no ‘product’ and I am appalled that in 7 months from an original $459/month it has increased to $779… do not use this company. It’s outrageous. Pay more and go to a reputable business

I contacted these guys for a quote for a storage unit .
I was quoted $198 a month which was similar to my other quotes. However these guys then have a one time fee on their quote which is $799?!
What the hell is that for?

DO NOT RECOMMEND . Beware . Raised fees by 35% after a few months storage unexpectedly. Avoid this company . Very disappointed.

The initial customer service seemed good. But now we want our storage redelivery they are tripling the price! Such an unreasonable increase is nothing but deceptive.

Guys that came did an amazing job and so careful with my stuff. Truly i will use them for when I find a new place to move

My interaction with Northern Beaches Super Easy Storage has been profoundly disheartening. In the aftermath of the March 2022 floods, my remaining possessions were consigned to storage as I transitioned into temporary housing. Subsequently, the initially quoted price underwent two significant and unwarranted increases, placing an immense strain on my limited budget. Despite my efforts to establish a compassionate payment plan, my request was denied, resulting in additional and cumulative 'late fees'.

Upon finally securing a new apartment just before Christmas, I settled the account, encompassing all accrued fees. However, I encountered an insurmountable challenge - the inability to locate my stored items or reach any staff member for assistance. Attempts to contact the facility via phone led to disconnected automated calls, while an automated email response cited holiday closure until mid-January. Simultaneously, I received threatening messages, via text and on email informing me my goods were to be auctioned or disposed of, yet leaving me without recourse to collect them.

Enduring three weeks without my possessions, spending the Christmas and New Year period sleeping on the floor, and unable to adequately accommodate my children in my new apartment, I finally today obtained a mobile number for the Northern Beaches facility through another franchisee. To my shock, I discovered that my items were not in fact even stored on the Northern Beaches, as implied by the company's name, but rather in Thornleigh! This revelation meant incurring additional costs for collection and delivery, given removalists charge per half-hour periods. My attempts to address this situation and question the escalated delivery costs were met with a dismissive attitude, including inappropriate language, before being told to "Go xxxx" myself, and abruptly hung up on, all while the staff member acted inconvenienced to be contacted as he was currently on holiday in Byron Bay with his children...

Throughout this distressing ordeal, Northern Beaches Super Easy Storage exhibited a complete lack of customer service and empathy. The overall experience has left me without essential belongings, enduring discomfort, and feeling utterly disregarded.

Regrettably, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend their services due to their apparent lack of community concern and poor customer relations.

Do yourself a favour and don’t use the services of this company.
Not only do they charge an arm and a leg (~$3,000 for 11 months Inc removal fees), your precious personal goods may returned damaged like mine. They damaged a fridge through mishandling - took no accountability- offered $100 as compensation for a $1000 good. If you want your goods protected and your $ respected - go elsewhere!

From the moment I made contact to organise putting my entire belongings in storage, this company was so professional, helpful, courteous and transparent. They kept me updated on the day, arrived when they said they would and did a quick amazing job. Thankyou guys especially on a 37 degree day!!

The system at Super Easy Storage is clever and secure. The staff could not have been more helpful. Mario absolutely went out of his way to assist us when we were in a tricky situation.

Amazing & excellent service incredible experience doing this for first time.

Firstly on the phone I spoke to Edith Tuazon and instantly she was really helpful, very kind and professional she gave me a quote I needed make sure that everything is set up and made me feel so comfortable and not worry about anything she also helped me to which best location was available and she didn't disappointed me the people in Condell Park the staff JARDEL and Rodrigo was so good very helpful I appreciated so much how they waited for us until we came to the venue make sure that everything was dropped before they go home eventhou we were super late thank you so much guys HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to everyone this kind of workers and staff we expect for a good business well done team.

Everyone I spoke to was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I was given plenty of information beforehand and on the day, the team turned up when they said they would and were incredibly efficient, making the whole process as seamless and easy as possible.

Moving is always stressful, but my experience will your company was good. I was able to track when the removalists would arrive, I was sms giving me a time they would arrive.

The 2 gentlemen were fantastic, they worked fast and professionally. They took great care with my belongings and not to damage the walls and doorways. I would highly recommend.
