Supershuttle Avis 145

Went to make a booking and they said fully booked. I asked if they would put on extra services seeing they’re so busy - their response ways to ‘take a taxi’. Dunedin airport to city in a taxi is $100+ - poor service, why even comment? Also why not have a service when there’s a clear demand? One would think they’d want to be making the most of travellers using their services again. Not going to bother with them again, their attitude and customer service was appalling.

I would give this company a zero if I could. Will never use again. I had a reservation and in the chance that I might have been 5 minutes late, I called to make sure they knew I might be a little late due to baggage claim delays. The operator responded in a condescending way but assuring that my shuttle was going to be there on time and waiting for me even if I am a few minutes late. Waiting with my wife and children at the airport after 20 minutes past our reservation time nearly 2AM by then, my wife called and was told that there were no drivers in our area. My wife asked if we would be charged the same amount and the operator said yes. I know it is not in the operator's power to do anything, but this was still very frustrating to hear. I called again to demand an update on when we might be getting a shuttle. I was supposed to receive a call 10 minutes later but never received one for the entire night. I had to wait in a long line for a taxi and we did not get home until 4:30 AM. We had a snowstorm that night with a lot of ice and from what it sounded like, a lot of drivers were just not showing up. Even if that is so, don't tell me my shuttle will arrive on time waiting for me when it seems that you know drivers are not arriving. Also be courteous to give an update on when a shuttle might be coming or not coming so discussion about a refund or reduced charge can be started. I got no shuttle, therefore no service, and when I asked for a refund, they told me to fill out a survey (which I filled out) and have not heard anything back. Please don't use Supershuttle ever. I feel they used to be good but not anymore.

We have used supershuttle for 10 years, and they were our go-to service. We booked in June for an October trip, but yet, no text when we landed, wandered around the airport in Vegas for an hour until we could actually reach a live person who told us to go to a certain door and we went there and.. no car. We had to scramble to hire a new car service, which was about the same price, disputed the prepaid charge on our credit card, and we ended up getting a much better deal from the resort for an SUV back to the airport!

If I could give zero stars I would. Driver showed up almost 40 minutes late picking us up. Once he showed up can with a serious attitude. We decided not to go with this driver and the customer service agent said we would be credited as we were I touch with customer service the entire time we were waiting. We were still charged. The driver lied to his company and said he was waiting for us circling the airport which wasn’t true. We have three small kids and we let the customer service agent know who called the driver. I would highly recommend not using this company. Just an awful experience all around.

I booked a SuperShuttle Express Non-Stop Ride Minivan for a 5:18am pick up in the morning for transportation to BWI Airport. I contacted SuperShuttle Dispatch (520 216-4999 in Arizona) at 5:25am to inform them that our ride had not yet arrived. The individual that I spoke to told me that he could see the Confirmation Number for my order in the system but no transportation was available to pick us up and he did not think he could get one for us. We ended up driving to BWI and parking in long term parking and still missed the airline 45 minute checked baggage cut off (we arrived at the terminal within 30 minutes of departure) and were not ticketed for our scheduled flight and were ultimately declared a no show. If SuperShuttle had contacted us earlier about not being able to provide a ride we would have arrived in time.

I have never had an issue with SuperShuttle service in the past but would not recommend them based on this recent experience

I literally waited 45 minutes outside JFK terminal for the bus... which they said would arrive in 5 minutes. I waited in freezing cold

Attention! I paid in December 80 EUR for a shuttle / airport transfer and got an email the next day that there will be no car in Paris that day. That happens of course, no worries, but I tried several times to get the money back - but they dont react and they dont refund me until now, beginning of February. I will never ever book or recommend this company.

Vi bokade och betalade för en hämtning, men det kom aldrig någon bil och hämtade.
När vi mejlar och försöker kontakta SuperShuttle om problemet, och att vi vill ha pengarna tillbaka, får vi inga svar. Inte ett svar på två veckor.
Fruktansvärt nonchalant av SuperShuttle.

Left my daughter, a vulnerable young woman, stranded at MCO.
She called them.....no answer.
I emailed for explanation.....no response.
Horrendous service.
Use Uber / Lyft who care about their customers

Terrible company.. Buyer beware. We pre-booked a private execucar to pick us up at lax upon our return. After landing, we called the dispatch and was told by a very rude and apothetic woman that they could not find a driver to get us so to find other means of transport. She was so not helpful and couldn't care less about the fact that we were stranded 50 miles from home. We will never use SS again...

I booked Supershuttle to pick me up at Dulles Airport. They booked the trip and I paid and then I contacted them when I landed. I (along with 3 other people) waited 45 minutes until the person working there told us that they did not have a driver to pick us up and it would be more than another hour for him to see if he could even find someone. We cancelled and he told us how to contact Supershuttle to get reimbursed. I emailed them since you cannot speak to a live person without any success and I have given them all my information and confirmation numbers, etc.

It does not matter when you book pick up- we waited over an hour at LAX with 3 children in the middle of the bus pickup area- only to find out no van would be coming anytime soon. The operator wouldn’t even give us a pick up time, only saying maybe a few hours- but he can’t predict the traffic. This is for a trip we had reserved weeks in advance and prepaid for.
I ended up walking down to the Uber area- which is filled with helpful people pointing out where to go - we instantly got in a car and were on our way - in the end we arrived at our hotel before we would have even been picked up by super shuttle ( and for less!!!)
Save yourself a MAJOR headache and get an Uber!!!

Don't take this shuttle from IAD airport in Washington DC unless you're not in a hurry to get to your destination. It took the shuttle 3 HOURS to get me from the Airport to Union station in DC, a distance of less than 30 miles. There was a little traffic, but the driver failed to tell me he was taking 8 people to their houses before he took me to the train station. He made it seem as though getting me to the train station would be quick as he signed me up and loaded my luggage. I ended up missing the last train of the night and had to get a hotel until the next morning. An Uber, taxi, or bus would have been better, faster and ultimately cheaper. When we finally arrived, the driver just said, "Sorry", then took my payment and drove off. My vehicle number was 840, and my guest number was 542.

NO TE ESPERAN EN EL MEETING POINT DE AEROPUERTO DE SCHIPOL, ES NECESARIO LLAMAR A UN TELÉFONO Y TE RECOGEN DESPUÉS DE 10 MINUTOS, PREVIA ESPERA DE 30 MINUTOS, YA QUE EL VOUCHER DICE QUE ESPERES ESE TIEMPO ANTES DE TOMAR LA ACCIÓN DE LLAMAR.
EN EL TRANSFER DE REGRESO DESDE EL HOTEL AL AEROPUERTO TAMBIÉN CON DEMORA DE 40 MINUTOS, CASI PIERDO UN VUELO INTERNACIONAL, QUEDARON EN BUSCARNOS A LAS 16:15 HORAS Y APARECIERON 16 :50 HORAS PREVIO LLAMADO A UN TELÉFONO, CON AL CONSIGUIENTE ESPERA.
RECOMIENDO EVITARLOS Y TOMAR OTRA OPCIÓN PARA EVITAR PROBLEMAS Y DISFRUTAR

I am disgusted with the driver my teenage son had tonight. He showed up to LAX 40 minutes late. The proceeded to drive around the airport for another hour with my son and 4 other people. My son finally got out of the van after getting car sick still at LAX and called a friend to drive 1 hour away to come get him. It still would have been another 2 hours until he got to his destination once they would have left the airport. I spoke to the dispatcher and even he was furious at driver # 940!!! And told him to leave the airport right away and get people home. That was before my son got out sick and infuriated. I will never use super shuttle again!

Habe Supershuttle Transport von NY JFK nach Brooklyn gebucht. Bei der Hinfahrt hat der Fahrer die Strasse nicht gefunden (Dean Street), habe dann selbst Google Map benutzt und den Fahrer gelotst. die Rückfahrt habe ich auf 16:00, 4.p.m gebucht, der Fahrer kam dann um 4 a.m. Tolle Leistung. Die Fahrt wurde meiner Kreditkarte belastet und mußte dann noch Uber nehmen, damit zum Flughafen kam. Habe Kontakt aufgenommen und die Buchungsdaten übermittelt, wo eindeutig stand 4:00 p.m. Als nicht US Bürger wird man einfach als der letzte Dreck behandelt.

I have only attempted to use SuperShuttle once and I will never try again!
I made a booking a week in advance, to take me from LAX to my home. My flight was arriving at midnight so I wanted to be prepared to get home as quickly as possible.
Upon arrival, the SuperShuttle stand was unattended so I called the supplied phone number. I was told I would receive a text to confirm a vehicle. I waited 30 minutes and didn't receive a text. At this time it was 1am and I was getting stressed. I called the same number and the man I spoke to was rude, unapologetic and said my options were to wait or get a refund. He said there was no ETA for the vehicle, I would have to wait an indefinite amount of time. After becoming more stressed, I got a refund and instead used a ride share service.
The lack of service I received was so unprofessional, what is the point of booking if they don't honour it and make you wait!?

I booked a return service JFK to NYC. They pick me up on JFK with an important delay (they said that a first driver was looking for me but I did not see him, it's possible) but they refund me the trip even as I did not ask for. Return trip NYC to JFK was absolutely punctual, just in the minute it was planned.

BEWARE after booking super shuttle a dispatch from Arizona called and changed my time from 11am to 11:30 for pick up at ROW NYC hotel to JFK on 7/20 but driver shows up at 11:00 and we were not there until 11:15am and he left! Super Shuttle charged my credit card and I had to get other transportation. It would be nice if they refund my credit card but NOPE! I am soooo disappointed!!!! I am in travel industry and travel all the time will not use this service again until they refund my credit card!! $43!!

Horrible. Never book this servvice. We booked it and came About 2 Hours to late to the Airport. So we missed our flight. This causes additional Costs of 2000 US Dollor. Never again. No Response to my mails. The Company totally useless.

A taxi would me much better.
