Supplemented Avis 462

Not having much support from Matt Sawyer, who is working for this company. Vegan capsules being sold as "certified Kosher and Hallal" yet I am not getting a response as to whether the animal has been slaughtered or not, as is the Kosher and Hallal way. They are also not complying with my request to return 3 packets of supplements and get free postage. Wanting me to pay the postage which is not right either.

Terrible customer service. I have used the company before with no issues. This time I paid with Apple Pay which incorrectly populated the delivery address with my previous address. I noticed immediately and contacted them seconds later only to be told it had already been shipped. I commend their efficiency but that’s not what their own tracker says. I hate being lied to. I will never use them again.

Excellent products and service. Eco-friendly packaging and well-designed no-nonsense website.
And lots of photos people doing yoga!

Delivery was late. Contacted customer service but reply was poor. They have sent me generic message and never replied after it.

This company is *NOT* to be trusted.

They are not a reliable or honest and basically string you along when a problem arises. Then tell lies.

Disappointing product. Purchased Astaxanthin based upon my knowledge of how effective this is as an anti oxidant. Starting taking it, only to discover there is no mention on the packaging of its derivation, i.e. which algae. Being a synthetic source, the product is not as effective. Will be buying from a different supplier.

Competitively priced products and a good variety of choice. Helpful customer service.

I have ordered a couple of times with Supplemented and have been impressed with the price and swift turn around time for orders. The quality seems great and there are helpful descriptions of the ingredients. My orders have been completed accurately and in a timely fashion.

Parcel never arrived.
Contacted Customer services by email numerous times and had a reply from Matt Sawyer, very unhelpful and condersending attitude.Still not recieved goods or any refund and now Matt not answering my emails.
Do not use this company.

Really high quality supplements, efficient delivery service with very competitive prices. I wouldn't shop anywhere else - especially for my Omega 3s :)

Supplemented goods are very good value indeed, particularly in the larger size bags. Delivery is prompt and follow-up very organized, enabling me to re-order easily, and sometimes with a discount. Postage is either free or very reasonable.

I’ve used this company for quite a few years now and I’ll be honest , ive always been really happy with all my supplements and the service I’ve received.
It appears the couple of negative comments have been written by serial complainers, all they do is complain about companies, they just like moaning so don’t pay any attention

Selenium tablets smelled of rotten eggs. They said its usual for selenium which maybe true but other brands had no smell as in capsules. Offered refund if I sent tracked @ £3.55 when the order was £8.99. Wouldn't use again

Ordered vitamins recommended by my nutritionist ~ they arrived well packaged and on time.

I regularly order vitamins from this company and the product quality is consistently excellent. The supplements feel high quality, effective, and clearly well made, which is why I continue to order from them.

I usually place orders that meet the required amount for next-day delivery, however this unfortunately never seems to happen. Deliveries via DPD typically take around 7 days and on occasion up to 10 days, which can be frustrating when ordering time-sensitive supplements.

That said, when I raised an issue via email, the customer service was very good. Matt responded, assured me he would sort it out, and he did. His communication was clear and reassuring, which made a big difference.

Overall, this is a company with excellent products and responsive customer support. If the delivery times matched what’s advertised, this would easily be a five-star experience.

They email you far too much despite unsubscribing!!!
They then give you an email address for a prize draw entry that gives you back an undeliverable messsge!

Didn't arrive on time, Still waiting in fact ! Access to customer services is difficult ! Their verification and security system is a farce ! Tried several times correctly and keeps saying incorrect ! Reported this to them and they didn't understand the problem ! May have to request a refund from my payment of provider

I find the reminder emails for my supplements useful for reordering. The quality of items and speed of delivery is excellent. I have been buying from this company for some years and will continue to do so. Also, supplements are reasonably priced

1000 mcg = 1 mg.
That's why the price is often so low.
