LONDON- Terrible approach to potential carers/ workers. After attending an interview and filling up documentation, they stopped responding. Disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour. Avoid

Awful company. useless manager and owner. really unprofessional and poor communication. avoid at all cost. Did not get payed. training was awful too.

I recently started using SureCare Scunthorpe after moving into my first social housing bungalow, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! I had a few home care providers in mind, but SureCare truly stood out for its genuine understanding of my specific needs. A special thank you to Richard for taking the time to answer all my questions during my first visit to the office. Their slogan, “care made personal,” really reflects the level of service I’ve experienced. I’d also like to give a big shout-out to my first care worker and my key care worker, Diania, who have both been incredible. I highly recommend SureCare to anyone in need of compassionate and tailored home care! And for anyone considering working for SureCare, from what I’ve seen, the team truly values both their clients and their staff, making it a wonderful place to work as well.
Before choosing SureCare, I did a lot of research and spoke with several care providers because finding the right support was so important to me. From my very first conversation with SureCare, I felt truly listened to and respected. The initial assessment was thorough, and Richard took care to make sure every detail was covered. I never felt rushed, and all my concerns were addressed with patience and understanding.
What really sets SureCare apart is the consistency and reliability of their service. My care plan was tailored to fit my lifestyle, and I always know who will be visiting and when. This predictability has made a huge difference in settling into my new home and routine. Diania, my key care worker, treats me not just as a client but as a person, always greeting me with a smile and going the extra mile to make sure I'm comfortable and happy.
I’ve noticed that SureCare seems to have a great team spirit as well. I often see staff supporting each other, and there's genuine camaraderie among the carers. This positivity comes through in the care they provide. I feel confident knowing that the people looking after me also enjoy their jobs and are supported by management. If you’re looking for a provider who truly puts people first—whether you need care or are thinking about joining the team—I can’t recommend SureCare enough.

Due to a change in my elderly parents health, i had to step back as carer to ensure she had the best care possible and in came surecare...The family have never looked back.
I think its important to be balanced in reviews and mine is not to undermine others experiences. However, by nature of the sevice you will have people who cannot provide a review which may very well be outstanding.
I had nothing but a high standard of care for my mum, putting her first and treating with dignity and respect despite her difficulties, so stepping back and my parents Finding and trusting someone who will provide excactly the same standard as family was not an easy task but believe me, they found it with this company.
A team of highly trained, articulate, caring and outstanding individuals. Nothing is too much, they care to a high standard and actually take interest and listen to both my parents. The whole team have become welcomed members of our family, they interact with all of us and carry out their role to way above an exceptional level.
There is no other word than Outstanding to describe Surecare.

Thieves. I rang the office. 2 days later I was with another company.they did not tell me….

Carers paid £12 an hour yet they charge £30 an hour. Depressed carers made to rush around and clean toilets with little thanks and constant requests to work in days off. Overcharging an issue too.

To work for the company is absolutely awful, they treat you with no respect, only want you when they NEED you doesnt matter if you need extra hours or so, then they discard you like rubbish in the wind for no reason and dont even have the balls to get back to me. Also from what I seen as the maintenance man at one of the homes the carers are overwhelmed and residents are not looked after properly I had to help an elderly lady my self and it’s not even in my duties. Stay well clear of this company all together

The home and personal care I received from Surecare Ayrshire was outstanding. The carer arrived on time, was very friendly and respectful and made me feel totally at ease when it came to my personal care. Because of my health issues, my home wasn't exactly clean and tidy when she arrived. When she left, it was spotlessly clean; she even stayed longer to get my laundry done. Overall, I was very happy with the service and will be using Surecare Ayrshire again.

What a fabulous group of ladies. We as a family are so blessed to have found these great people.
From the manager to the care staff they all play a huge role in my mother’s new lease of life.
She has dementia and after losing her husband last year was very depressed and lonely.
We wanted someone who could help make her feel that life is still good.
They offer a great service, they are very flexible, punctual and always feel like they really enjoy their work.
She loves her visits and trips out to coffee shops and garden centres etc nothing is too much trouble.

SureCare Trafford have been a lifeline for our family at a very difficult time. Discreet, caring and very respectful. The staff have been incredible. My parents were very unsure about having care and both were concerned about their lack of privacy. Instead they have become very fond of the team that support them. Surecare Morecambe's invoicing system is poor with multiple issues. Visit durations are wrong and spuriously high charges for 30 min and 45 minute visits appear at random. This all adds up to monthly bills that are higher than they should be. They always need to be carefully checked as you can't depend on the charges being correct.

Surecare Morecambe have just imposed a 12.5% increase in their current charge rates of £28/hr for the care services that the provide in and around the Morecambe and Lancaster area. This is an increase of £3.50/hr and was communicated at very short notice to be effective almost immediately. Part of this can be justified by the increase in National Insurance and Minimum wage for their caring staff, but a large element is simply profit related. It negates what has been a largely positive experience to date with the caring services that they provide.
