None of the surveys ever open . I emailed them to tell them about the situation and never got a response . I had only one payout since I started using them This is my history on the site
553 assigned , 303 attemted, 250 missed,6 complete ,9 over quota , 220 screened out , 68 drop

I've been waiting since June for some of my credits to be approved. I've reached out to support twice and have never heard back. They're still marked as Pending.

You can cash out at $20 and it just so happens I've been sitting at $19 waiting for these credits to clear. Coincidence?

Was finally able to cash out. In January. 2026. Waited from June 2025 - January 2026.

This is a great Survey site! And they respond promptly to any issues!

This service is reliable and makes it worth your time. However, there are not that many opportunities to complete a survey. When you can, the reward is significant and redeeming the credits is very simple.

I have been using Surveybyte for a while now and I must say that now it is getting ridiculous that you do survey after survey only for your points needing to be approved. I have been doing surveys just to reach a dollar that I need to redeem $14 but every survey either screens you out or you do a survey just for you to wait weeks upon weeks to be approved for the points. Highway robbery and for now I wouldn't recommend this survey site at all. Y'all need to do better. Let me cash out like why is it so hard that a $2 survey points has to be approved when you only need a $1 left to cash out.

I've been using surveybyte for over a year. I've been stuck at $24.50. All I need is 50¢ to cash out. I'm starting to think I'm not going to get to it. Has anyone else had this issue. I would love to give it a higher score but until I can get the 50¢ I'm staying at one star. I finally made it to $25 but the only couple of things that make me not want to do it again is..... It didn't have any gift cards that I like, no PayPal or cash app and that it took over a year to just get to the $25 cash out limit.

Surveybyte is a great platform. They have A high pay raise. They have customer service that handles your problem and communicates with you and not leaving you hanging and making sure you get paid

Should be ZERO star. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Complete and utter nonsense with this company. First you wait weeks to get rewarded. On occasion, you will fully complete the survey only to find that the client rejected it. So your data and information is gone. They package the info and sell it. You will only receive vague answers when you question Amilia C. and when you erk her enough you wont get any more surveys.

I didn't think surveybyte was legit because I couldn't redeem any credits. I reached out to customer support and they got back to me almost immediately and I was able to redeem!! I give their customer service and A+!!!
