Susan Entwistle Art Avis 

You advertised a 55cm sized frame which I selected with a print. It has arrived but the frame is only 53cm so it doesn't match my other 55cm frames. Telephoned and left a message asking them to call me but no response. Sent an email with no response. Called again but got someone who was driving so not really able to discuss. Disappointing that no-one got back to me in the first instance and I have had to make contact again to speak to someone. So poor customer service so far. Hopefully this can get resolved soon.

Great Experience, ordered a picture and frame and it is lovely. Will order again. The ordering process was easy to follow, but for 'folk' across the water Inches with the centimeters would be helpful.

I bought several greetings cards from this website. The designs are lovely, and cards are reasonably priced. My only quibble is the actual website, as there is no 'quick add' from the main page as such. You have to open each individual design to add it to the basket, so a bit time-consuming. They cards arrived nicely packaged and pretty swiftly.

Easy to order and received in time. Card was of good quality with most beautiful image of a walled garden.

Two superb prints arrived in fine condition within a few days,well packed. Very pleased as I always am with Susan's work.The frames fitted perfectly and look amazing on our living room wall. Will be ordering more soon.

The choice, the quality, the service and communication are all excellent and of course the artwork is just beautiful.

I ordered some cards 7 days ago with a birthday today in mind and they have disappointingly not arrived in time. However, the website has kindly responded stating that it is the courier who has held up the delivery and thus it is out of their control and not the company’s fault.

My order of 24 greetings cards arrived within a couple of days, well packaged. The cards are of excellent quality and the designs are beautiful. Good value for money.

Unfortunately my order was short of 2 items, but when I emailed and informed you I received a speedy reply saying you would despatch the missing items and also had a couple of complementary items. I was pleased with this response. I have now received these and am delighted. A really good service which felt personal, and that you actually cared. Good old fashioned service - we would all like a lot more of that, so a big thank you and an unreserved recommendation.

I have bought artwork from Susan for a number of years. Her art is beautiful and I have bought her cards as well as prints and cushions. All excellent quality and I would highly recommend.
