We make and sell top quality biltong, dry wors and boerewors as well as selling Southern African groceries for homesick ex-pats. Our biltong is made from premium grass-fed British and Irish beef and is always freshly sliced to order, never prepacked. We have physical shops in Sussex and offer free UK wide delivery for online orders over £25.00.

Hi Roger, I am very sorry you weren't happy with your order. As a regular customer we value your business and want to keep you happy. We try to make sure that you get your biltong as fresh as possible so we don't send any orders on a Friday and have them sitting in the courier depot all weekend. This policy is shown on our website and as you placed your order at 20:47 on Thursday night, it was well after the 2:00pm cut off time for next day delivery. We sent the order first thing Monday to be with you on Tuesday. The courier notifications are sent automatically by DHL so perhaps they ended up in your Spam folder, please have a look. I am sorry if the stokkies were dryer than usual but hopefully they were OK, please let us know if not.

A wonderful shop!
Always visit the Uckfield shop in person... we love going there, so friendly and helpful, no pressure and we are allowed to just browse for AGES! Prices are reasonable especially given the very niche imported products. Thanks for creating such a welcoming environment 😊

This company are like Amazon, they dont mess about, and the checkout process was easy. Order arrived Tues even though I ordered Sunday. Very happy and tasty Biltong!

Always fresh and so tasty
Ordered on a weekend then completely forgot I had ordered. Come Tuesday and was greeted by a parcel when I got home from work. The contents didn't last long because its just so tasty everytime. My go to place for biltong.

I LOVE this company! The biltong is amazing and so nice you can choose the wetness/fattiness. They also deliver next day. Completely addicted! Also fabulous customer service too ❤️

Biltong tastes good.
Biltong tastes good it would have tasted a lot better had it been delivered by the delivery company on the Thursday when it was meant to turn up and not on the Friday. I always have issues with the courier that they use. If you buy at Sussex Biltong the shop you will never have an issue. Craig and the team are great.
