This has to be the worst airport I’ve ever been too. I travel a lot and I am flabbergasted at how horrible the service is . From the immigration line to the kiosk where you change your money. They all need to be re trained. What a horrible experience and horrible taste to start my trip with. They are rude don’t know how to communicate and take there time with a whole airport full they only have 2 lines open to check people in. Disgusting

I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the service I received at the VAT refund counter (Departure Section D, Counter 3) at Suvarnabhumi Airport on 4 April 2026 at approximately 6:45 PM.

I am heavily pregnant and was seated nearby while my husband assisted with the VAT refund process on my behalf. When attended to, the staff at Counter 3 insisted that I had to be physically present. Upon being informed, I immediately made my way to the counter and arrived within one minute.

Despite this, the staff member refused to proceed and insisted that I rejoin the queue. Even after we explained my condition, she showed no empathy or willingness to accommodate the situation, and maintained that I had to queue again.

I find this treatment unacceptable. The lack of basic understanding and compassion towards a visibly pregnant passenger reflects poorly on the service standards expected at an international airport. This situation could have been handled with simple discretion and professionalism, but instead resulted in unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

I strongly urge the management to review this incident, improve staff training, and ensure that frontline personnel exercise reasonable judgment and empathy, especially when assisting passengers with special conditions.

I hope appropriate action will be taken to prevent similar experiences for other travellers.

I am always happy to arrive and depart from Suvarnabhumi. It`s always clean, efficient and run professionally by friendly, helpful staff. I look forward to my next arrival.

like this airport, but remember all your belongings when you leave baggage belt, because if you first see your loose after the custom, it is very difficult to get it again.

It took over 1 hour, before i find the correct person there can tell me where to go, and end with pick up the foget bag my self.

If information staff have called one worker in the hall, it would have take under 5 min. to find my lost bag.
