When I received the parcel I noticed that each item was single in the box and that made up to a very expensive vegan gelatine and mousse. too bad.

Lots of products to choose from, good delivery well packaged. Will use this site again. Some of the stuff is a bit expensive but its the same everywhere for speciality products, lots of offers though.

I rarely write reviews but I felt I had to make a special effort for Sweet Victory Products as their customer service is amazing. If you ever use the live chat feature on their website, the replies are so quick (even outside of normal office hours) and your question is always answered. Delivery is quick, I once had a problem with an order and they solved it straight away. They also stock things that I can't find anywhere else (apart from Amazon, but I prefer to buy from smaller companies). I also love that they don't overcharge for their products. Thank you!

Absolutely superb company.
I ordered recently for the first time and was delighted with my quick delivery, packaging and items therein. The website is excellent to navigate and the quality of goods is brilliant. I was also lucky enough to be gifted a sauce by the same company from whom I'd ordered 2 other items which I thought was incredibly kind. Additionally there were sugar free lollipops included, all by way of apologising for the covid delay in delivery (literally a couple of days) above and beyond Customer service - my thanks to you all. Moreover, the goods themselves are superb. The callowfit items (ketchup and salad dressing are delicious) and the wizard chocolate is lovely, not bitter like a lot of sugar free chocolate but not overly artificially sweetened either.
Highly recommended and will return for more orders soon. Thank you.

Ordered a lot of sugar-free sweets for my mum on two occasions. Any problems are cleared up by email quickly (e.g. they were out of stock of one item and offered a different product or refund). Fantastic range and great customer service.

Some excellent treats for people like me who are diabetic. Have had the Chocolate Chip/Chocolate cake double pack before (which are great with a cup of tea or better still a scoop of ice cream) but decided to try a carrot & raisin cake and a ginger cake too.
So glad I did as the carrot cake was a really nice and moist fruit cake. The Ginger cake was really good too and went well with some reduced sugar custard.
All in all great products and a big shout out for the top notch customer service which I was very impressed with.
