Second car policy

I already had car insurance but got offered a great deal on second car insurance as well. The process was simple and easy, i knew how much it was going to cost before i even bought the car. The discount was great and setting up the policy only took a few minutes.

I just bought a new home insurance…

I just bought a new home insurance policy and I needed to contact the customer service to change a bit of details.
I have to say I'm so impressed that a very nice British person answered (after I told my address to AI ) and sorted out my problem very quickly without any charge.
And they sent me a confirmation email straight away. It's really nice to know that their customer service is still operated by people and I can properly speak to them.

Also my policy premium was very fair and their website is easy to use so I'm quite happy with them so far. You don't need to use or download special app which is I like too. (Some of insurance companies ask you to do these days.)

Delays

Delays. I had to call them several times to progress my claim. Again called up today to progress my claim! The incident was almost 4 weeks ago and the lack of updates has been poor.non existent! Infact the complaints handler said it was my responsibility to chase updates.
