I just bought a new home insurance…
I just bought a new home insurance policy and I needed to contact the customer service to change a bit of details.
I have to say I'm so impressed that a very nice British person answered (after I told my address to AI ) and sorted out my problem very quickly without any charge.
And they sent me a confirmation email straight away. It's really nice to know that their customer service is still operated by people and I can properly speak to them.
Also my policy premium was very fair and their website is easy to use so I'm quite happy with them so far. You don't need to use or download special app which is I like too. (Some of insurance companies ask you to do these days.)
