One of the most unethical companies I…

One of the most unethical companies I ever worked with. Have been with them for 2 years and raised their prices twice with a 20 day notice - a 2024 increase from £15 to £29 and 2025 increase from £29 to £75 for absolutely the same services - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Like most businesses, we’ve experienced sharp increases in our running costs over the past few years - including wages, packaging, energy, and insurance - and we only make pricing adjustments when absolutely necessary to maintain the quality and reliability of our service.

We completely understand that no one likes price increases, but describing this as “unethical” isn’t quite fair. Our services are entirely optional - we don’t tie anyone into contracts, and customers are always free to continue with us if it makes sense for their business, or to explore other options if not. We believe in being transparent, fair, and upfront, and every price change has always been communicated in advance with full notice.

We’re grateful for the time you worked with us and truly wish you continued success moving forward.

Stay clear of this company

Stay clear of this company. We were abused for simply asking how much stock we have left as we couldn't access the portal. Additionally, I grew up abroad and was abused for my incorrect use of "punctuation", absolute disgrace. They are rude & they do not communicate clearly. We were also threatened a few times by their accountant for invoices worth 0.02. This was for stock that was sent back from customers apparently months after we switched away from their company which we do not believe as their address is listed nowhere on our website. Being threatened for £0.02 is ridiculous but this may be explained by the fact that the founder is also the customer service guy so they mustn't be doing that well. Or it's a scam, sending invoices and then refusing access to the portal to check I think is untrustworthy. I Have never experienced anything like this.
