They can't organise a basic appointment
My second appointment should have been vaccination or the placebo. However, no nurse on duty could take bloods, so I was asked to return. I agreed. Got there for my third visit and told they are running late. 30 minutes after my appointment time I asked when I would be seen. The reception told me 1 hour. I found this unacceptable and left. This company can't organise a simple appointment. They are experts at wasting my time. I will never have anything to do with them again.

Synexus Clinic appointment.
I am very impressed with Synexus. All the staff with whom I came in contact treated me very well . Both on the telephone and in person when I visited the Clinic near Cardiff. The administrative staff and the Nurse who conducted the tests were very courteous , professional and friendly. I was put at my ease as soon as I arrived, and made to feel welcome. The information providing directions to the Clinic was clear and unambiguous. And all my travel expenses were reimbursed. I received a call from the Synexus Doctor following my visit and I was pleased and relieved to hear the results were good. I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone with health concerns. Good morning Jon,
I am sorry to hear there was an issue with you receiving your expenses. I have chased this up for you with the Site Manager and was informed there was an issue between our finance and patient services team(s) in this instance, and that the Site Manager spoke to you last week about it. With the issue hopefully being resolved shortly.
In very rare cases this can happen due to the sheer volume of payments being made to participants across all of our sites globally. This isn't an excuse, it obviously should not happen, but thousands of these payments are made - resulting in the odd one having a delay.
Hopefully this is sorted out soon for you, but feel free to email ryan.ferris@trialmed.com if you require any further support.

From the moment I walked through the door till I left I felt welcome and the nurse who went through the questionnaire was competent and friendly I would not hesitate to be involved if the right situation arises.

I spoke with our site in Manchester to see what happened.
Your visit occurred on 16 Feb 2026 and one of our doctors called you on 27 Feb 2026, the details of which were also sent to your GP.
Unfortunately there weren't any appropriate trials at the time, but that isn't to say there won't be any in the future.
We will be in touch if something comes up you would be suitable for, and you can see what you think.
