I arrived at the Leicester Audi dealership and was welcomed straight away with a coffee. I felt very happy to be among very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I was able to select my car with expert help and information given by Tom and Robbie , and Harry who individually gave me all their expert time to get everything 100% right for me . I felt relaxed and at ease , and with confidence to buy my new car which I am so delighted with! Everything was made simple for me and explained so well, excellent customer service . When collecting my car it was waiting for the unveiling ,my car was covered in a black Audi cover and WOW what a wonderful experience! Flowers and bubbles! I felt so special collecting my new Audi Q2 , thank you Audi team for making this experience so memorable!

Kuldip was very helpful and fully explained everything that was wrong with the car. But the only issue I wasn't happy with is that i was not told when I received a call back about the quotation of the diagnostics etc I wasn’t told that this was not part of the warranty which I recently paid for which was a hefty price.

I took My Audi Q6 etron twice recently, one for service and another for spare key coding. Kiran and Naz were very helpful and professional in the way they dealt with my queries. I drove out as happy customer. Thank you Naz and Kiran.

I recently visited Leicester audi to do my audi A5 air bag replaced and visual check on my car. Service Advisor Mr Riyaz patel was gentle person explained step by step service process gave some offer discount to do my air condition clean, now i can smell inside like its new. Mr patel was keeping me update on service via txt and emails was impressive.I am very thankful to Audi Leicester and Mr patel 👍

1/5 – Serious safety concerns and unacceptable complaint handling

My experience with Leicester Audi has raised significant concerns regarding vehicle safety, workmanship and the dealership’s handling of complaints.

Our Audi Q6 e-tron experienced repeated faults, including a serious loss-of-power incident while my wife and two young children were travelling in the vehicle. Further concerns included the return of the vehicle with an illegal tyre and repeated door failures, one of which required attention while my wife was in labour.

Despite numerous repair visits and extensive testing, the underlying safety concerns were never satisfactorily explained or resolved.

The subsequent complaint handling has been equally concerning. Repeated escalations to senior management have failed to deliver clear accountability or a satisfactory resolution.

The vehicle has since been returned due to these multiple errors but the substantive concerns remain outstanding.

In my view, the standard of care, technical competence and complaint management demonstrated by Leicester Audi falls materially below what customers should reasonably expect from an authorised Audi dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

My recent vehicle inspection / service experience at Sytner Audi, Leicester, was smooth and efficient. Arrival was easy due to the ‘Fast Track’ advance check in offered, just drive up and hand over the key, with minimal paperwork to complete. Riyaz Patel explained the work to be carried out, and I received updates about progress while my vehicle was being worked on, including a short, but very informative video report, detailing components inspected while my vehicle was raised, the only chance you really ever get to see the underside. Collection of my vehicle was smooth, with Riyaz clearly explaining what had been done and confirming there were no issues that required attention. The vehicle had received a complimentary wash and vacuum and so was presented in immaculate condition for me to drive away. Overall a great service, with very helpful and courteous staff, making this a very smooth and pleasant experience.

Awful experience from Audi Leicester. I had my vehicle in for a Sat-Nav installation update issue on the Tuesday 22nd September. It was explained at the time that this was a software issue and so may require more than a day in the workshop and they would keep me updated. I received a phone call later that afternoon saying it should be completed by the end of the day and they would phone me again to confirm so I went to Audi Leicester and worked from the dealership for a few hours. By 5:15pm I had not received a phone call or couldn’t even check the status on the vehicle app tracker so asked to check on the vehicle status to which the service adviser said it was complete and would bring my vehicle around. 10 minutes later he then came back to say my vehicle was not available and I had to get a taxi back.

The next day I received a phone call in the afternoon saying the software update required further investigation and would be complete by tomorrow. By Thursday afternoon I had yet to receive any communication despite stating that I needed the vehicle by the weekend or whether a courtesy could be arranged instead. The service advisor then rang me back to say the vehicle update would be complete by the end of the day.

At this time I was sceptical as to whether the Sat-Nav issue had been resolved but was told upon collection on Thursday 24th September that it was complete but the vehicle required a “battery update” and would need to brought in again sometime. After receiving the vehicle I observed the Sat-Nav update issue had not been resolved but a setting changed to make it look like it had been updated. Since receiving my vehicle following a complimentary wash & vacuum I have now noticed de-lamination of the rear license plate due to water ingress from the most recent wash.

I have been extremely disappointed at the incompetency, unprofessional service, lack of communication and frankly shocked to have been lied to by Audi Leicester and would definitely not recommend using this dealership.

The people at Leicester Audi made the experience extra special. This includes dealing with them over the phone prior to our visit and the in- person interactions at the Leicester dealership on the day of our car purchase. In particular, Casey and Jamie were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and excellent communicators. The whole car buying process was a pleasure from start to finish and the level of customer service was second to none.I have no hesitation in recommending Leicester Audi- fantastic!

Harkumal was very helpful and attentive despite issues with the car wash not working and then getting a poor wash and hoover not her fault at all and she apologised and offered to get the car re washed but I had no time.
She is a credit to your team and normally I don’t like coming into that sort off environment but she was welcoming and knowledgeable and delivered on all her promises by posting me my mot out.

Customer service on the day was excellent, coffee whilst carrying out the formality of my need. My service manager was excellent, very pleasant and informative.

Amazing customer service from Riyaz throughout the whole process.

Service staff were fine but the salesman was quite ignorant. He kept me waiting way past the arranged meeting time. He then walked past me without acknowledgement after the receptionist had pointed me out to him and said I was waiting. I left the showroom 30 mins after our aranged time. He later called me and apologised saying he was called to an urgent new model launch meeting. I won't be rearranging.
