A great team at Porsche Mid-Sussex
I have been a customer at Mid Sussex Porsche for many years and have bought several cars from them during that time. Bruce from sales, is absolutely amazing. He knows so much about the cars and always takes the time to answer my endless questions, no matter how many I have!
The whole team, from reception and the sales team to the service department and the boss, Andy, have always looked after me exceptionally well.
It genuinely feels like being part of a family rather than simply being a customer, and I really enjoy being part of the Mid Sussex community. The level of service, friendliness and personal attention has always been fantastic, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mid Sussex Porsche to anyone.

Joe was great. He always came back to me promptly on my emails or when I was unable to speak directly with him. Really knowledgeable as well and he made the new car hand over feel special.

I spent nearly £5k for a service and…
I spent nearly £5k for a service and warranty and the courtesy car was filthy. I asked for a Cayenne as I had come into the showroom before and said I was interested in a purchase. I was looking forward to this experience of the cayenne but it was so dirty everywhere. It was embarrassing and left me with sour taste. This is Porsche not Arthur Daley!!
I also asked for the PIWIS report the page that contains the DME/Engine Control Unit faults? for my car as it had faults relating to works carried out to the engine previously but I’ve not received this!
Not only that but since I had it back Ive noticed the trim inside is loose when they said they had fixed it and there is a scuff on the passenger seat which wasn’t there before.
Nice to hear that Porsche would call me to discuss however Im still waiting and its 24th August now.
