Teah and the staff at Sytner Mini Cardiff made the process of buying my new Mini so easy and stress free. Teah went above and beyond and even sent me a video presentation of my new car and arranged for a new set of private plates to be made and fitted as part of the service.

Great customer service…
Rachel was great throughout the while process of purchasing our new car . She was knowledgeable, honest and friendly, keeping us informed by email leading up to collection. Tim was also great and got the paperwork side of things done efficiently and hassle free. Thea dealt with the handover in a friendly way, making sure we were happy and on our way quickly with our new car. All staff we dealt with were lovely, would recommend buying car from the dealership.

From 1st contact to the handover the customer experience provided by everyone at Sytner Cardiff Mini was excellent, but in particular by Russell and Tim that sat down with me and explained all my options and made sure I was happy to proceed with the purchase of the approved used vehicle that looks and feels brand new.

New Electric Mini
My wife went in to have the first service on her mini and left ordering a new level 2 Electric Mini. The car has now arrived and it is awesome and such fun to drive. The handover was very smooth and Russel explained all the features so well. Great price sorted out by the finance team and just so delighted.

The delay was beyond his control and I wasn’t too bothered but mini finance were appalling which impacted on my overall experience
