Been with BMW for years never had a problem , always there to help me of i needed it , they do a great job would not go anywhere else .

My 14 year old JCW MINI Coupe had a coolant leak, Sytner also discovered an oil leak.

My car was well looked after, I wasn’t pressurised to buy a newer car (I was half expecting that and it would have put me off).

Cant fault the service at BMW Coventry, definitely 5 Star..professional, courteous and informative, couldn’t ask for more.

Genuinely impressed, and my standards are very high, special mention to my service advisor and the lady on reception, both are true assets to your organisation and deserve to be commended for their service, Exceptional..!!!!!

Great customer service

Booked an appointment for 2:30 to Test Drive a X5 arrived 5 min early looked at the car from outside. Asked the receptionist i’m here to see a representative for a test drive and she said ok 10 min later still no one so i asked again and she replied she doesn’t know where he is, so she asked another member of staff and he replied the same so i waited another 10 min and went home. son the way home i get a phone call o say to come cak this was 30 min later.So unprofessional said the receptionist wring the wrong number not happy!!!

Lara was excellent from the minute i walked in. she kept me informed every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble even down to offering to drop me off while my service was being done

Max was a great rep. He gave us lots of details and told us all about the car he was extremely helpful. Sytner Coventry were brilliant

The staff were very kind and helpful. They were very professional in the way they did their jobs.

My issue was dealt with efficiently and professionally, I've always had good experiences with Synter BMW, And praise to Ali, he is polite, and easy to talk to, it was a pleasant overall experience and outcome.

Just bought an X3. Fantastic service from Serena, very attentive and helped me add all the features I wanted. Also, was very helpful with arranging the adaptations l needed for the car. Great all round service, attentive but not overbearing with quick responses to emails and calls. Beautiful car and great service so far from the Coventry garage.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Gary Button, Sales Manager at Sytner BMW Coventry, for going above and beyond to resolve an issue I had been trying to get sorted.

Gary took the time to properly understand the matter, listened to my concerns and, most importantly, took ownership of the situation. He went out of his way to investigate and find a solution when others had struggled to resolve it.

I’m extremely grateful for Gary’s professionalism, patience and commitment to getting the matter sorted. Thanks to his efforts, Sytner Coventry were able to locate and resolve the issue, bringing the whole matter to a positive conclusion.

" A Tale Of Two Cities " (Shakespeare), this great playwrite brings to mind a great story of two cites and one which in many ways is similar to the adventure we undertook. We live a great distance away from Coventry Sytner BMW, but made a firm decision to have our car repaired at 'one of the leading BMW dealerships' in the West Midlands. The Tale of Two Cities starts with initial work done at Worcesters' BMW Sytner site over seen by Chris Milne. The Worcester Site was superb in every way. The 1st warranty repair work was done without drama and without delay. We can't thank Chris Milne and his team enough. Thank you. An Absolute Brilliant Dealership.
The second part of my vehicles' warranty repair was done by Coventry Sytner BMW, I have only praise and Sincere Thanks to the following: The Dealer Principle: Joe O'Gleby, Benn Hetherington, Gary Button, Aliyu Shagari, Dan (the workshop master tech' mechanic ) Thank you for all the invaluable & highly professional work undertaken on our V12 BMW. To say the team was outstanding is perhaps an ' understatement ' At every stage we were informed of progress, (Thank you Aliyu Shagari, you were amazing with daily updates, can't thank you enough) parts were ordered and professionally fitted to the vehicle with out fuss and the car was finally professionally cleaned before hand over. Mr Joe O'Gleby you have a team that makes your site simply outstanding ! Thank you to everyone for the brilliant work done. A dealership you can TRUST !

Since my complaint from early August still hasn’t been answered, I thought I would drop a review on here instead to highlight the issues with this dealership.

Firstly Agnes in the service department is absolutely fantastic, helpful, and does the job to the very best of her ability. She looks after customers extremely well and is a credit to herself.

My car had 2 issues in June - July, both coolant leaks which is remarkably common on the B48 engine. One was fixed via BMW insured warranty, the second one wasn’t as they “don’t cover coolant hoses” (work that one out🤦‍♂️)

Anyway the second one I opted to scrap the useless insured warranty which covers parts that don’t go wrong and opted to take my car to a much more reputable garage who’s reviews speak for themselves, Bimmerworx.

I wish I could give 0 stars, however Agnes in service gives her very best and deserves a star alone.

Upon receiving my car back still with the coolant leak (as agreed), the “fitters” forgot to put the under tray back on the car. This is just pure lazy, half arsed and pathetic workmanship.

This is not the first issue I have had with this dealership and it’s a shame their shoddy work and bodge jobs drag down the hard working staff in service and parts etc, but this needed publically highlighting since Sytner couldn’t even be bothered to respond to the complaint I put in.

Avoid this place, and use a decent independent garage such as Bimmerworx who will repair your car much better, repair it with pride and actually look after customers.

I had a recall for an airbag to be refitted. They did that as needed. I was offered a free valet which has consequently brought down the star rating unfortunately.
My car was still pretty much how I sent it other than the outside cleaned a bit.

Fast service and highly accommodating.

My X5 was in for a MOT, great customer service, I was updated all the way through my visit with the text service, very well looked after, coffees, cakes and chocolate 😂 very professional as always, I actually enjoy going.

Great Service from both the Service Department (Harrison) and Ellie in Bodyshop. Kept up to date with progress of the car. Car returned shiny and clean and work completed.

We recently purchased our BMW from the Coventry dealership and had a fantastic experience.

Maryam looked after us from the moment we stepped into the dealership. She was friendly, helpful and never pushy, taking the time to understand what we wanted and going out of her way to help us. She made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.

Alex, the Business Manager, was also excellent and provided great customer service throughout the purchase. Both Maryam and Alex were professional, approachable and made us feel genuinely valued as customers.

We had previously used the Tamworth dealership, but on this occasion the level of service we received there did not meet the standard we expected. We therefore travelled to Coventry, and the difference in customer service was outstanding.

A big thank you to Maryam and Alex for making the purchase of our BMW such a positive experience. We would definitely recommend the Coventry team.
