We took our Range Rover in for a service and we were attended to by Michael.
The whole experience was very seamless and straightforward.

The in-house experience was also great; friendly and lovely staff.

my car has broken down suddenly and it is just three month out of warranty. I was so stressed about it as I was told I should not expect my car back soon . How ever the gentleman ( I am not sure I am allowed mention names) who has been looking after me was doing his best to get the diagnostics done and contact manufacturer to help out with the repair. He also sorted out me a courtesy car . I am so pleased with the service I have received.

From start to finish, the issues with my car were dealt with swiftly and I did not have to worry about a thing. From organising the courtesy car and getting my car back to me when it was finished. The service has been fantastic and Cameron kept me fully informed about the progress of the work, thank you! A very stressful time became only lightly stressful :)

Vehicle service and MOT
Took my car in for a service, MOT and recall.
Excellent service from Dan Norie my Service representative. I had arrived early and expected to have to wait but was dealt with quickly and efficiently. All work completed fine, the car had been cleaned inside and out on collection. Very happy.

Only a recall but superbly dealt with by Dan Norie, the Service Advisor. I arrived early for my appointment but Dan was welcoming and accommodating and managed the work required so that I didn't need to wait. First class service from someone who not only was friendly but clearly knew how to exceed a client's expectations.
