The Mini hatch JCW that was ordered originally had some components missing due to supply issues. Haidee and Tasha were very open, supportive and patient when I said I wanted to wait for a different build slot once the supply issues had been resolved. Car and delivery is/was fantastic. The new car was already in the showroom and, luckily, almost exactly what I would have ordered from scratch - but without the wait! Danny offered me a competitive trade in price for my existing convertible and told me everything I needed to know about the potential replacement. Although I knew that I would not be able to drive the showroom car when I visited the dealership on 7th October, Harry the Business Manager was able to let me test drive a nearly new Cooper S with the same 18" wheels and run flat tyres. (I had been concerned about the ride quality but there was no perceptible difference as compared to that of my own car with 17" wheels and higher profile tyres). I was happy to pay the deposit and proceed with the purchase. The new car was delivered to me in South-West London by Danny on 17th October, just 10 days later. I have only covered about 100 miles since then, but I am very happy with my experience to date. I should like to thank Danny, Harry and the rest of the team at Sytner Leicester for making this car purchase a very pleasant experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to others.
