So far everything about Sytner has been friendly, well organised and on time. I was pleased with the car and the purchasing process when I bought it last year and my first visit for servicing has been equally impressive. Everything is oriented towards the customer and making sure the visit is as efficient and welcoming as possible. A short personal 1:1 with the service co-ordinator who will be looking after your car makes sure that everything is covered and gives you confidence that any issues will be dealt with effectively as well as tue feeling that your custom is valued. Being told well in advance when the car will be ready may seem like a small thing but Sytner are the first company I’ve used who do it effectively and meet their commitment unlike others who can leave you guessing until the last minute. Combined with the very well integrated service systems from BMW I am looking forward to a much more proactive, customer focused, stress free and efficient ownership experience.

Friendly Staff
The showroom was immaculately clean and a good selection of cars were available. The staff were warm, friendly and not over bearing. Our Sales Executive, Billy Miller, went above and beyond to assist us and nothing was too much trouble. As this was our 4th BMW from Sytner Nottingham we were expecting good service, but we received better than expected.

Easy, professional and brilliant experience. Purchased a new car and exchanged the old one. Shout out to Daniel who made the process very easy on the day of transaction. Admire the professional of the team I dealt with along with providing honest and professional guidance about the purchase and process. At Sytner BMW felt a valued customer and I would definitely buy again from here.
For reference, I went to a competitor to view a similar 4 series and walked away because I didn’t feel as valued as a customer and the vehicle was in poorer condition.

Friendly and efficient service
Appointment was easily booked when I called in the dealership. I had elected to drop and wait, my service advisor was Richard who met me at the reception. He kept me fully informed and my vehicle was ready on time after a complimentary valet. Waiting area was comfortable and a refreshing cup of tea.Richard was friendly and knowledgeable and I would recommend this dealership.

I had a service on my mini and took it…
I had a service on my mini and took it to synter at lenton Nottingham to have it done by the people who know about Minis and knew it would be done by the best. I decided to wait for the job to be done and knew it was to be 2 hours work. I waited in the customer seating and had a tv to watch and the receptionist brought me a lovely cup of tea. Time flew by and I was soon on my way hpme knowing my car was ok and valeted amd cleaned on the outside too looked great. Thank you Sytner and Ethan was keeping me informed of progress so thank you too 10/10
