We were looked after by Jason who was extremely helpful and called us to confirm the booking and scheduled work.
When we arrived at the BMW garage, Jason greeted us and went through the repair work in length explaining how and when the job will be completed. Overall excellent service provided.

Gary cooper really went above and beyond for me. I was nervous about the seats and he persistently came out and cleaned them. He also just had a very good attitude and just got the job done, no over the top phrases which I didn’t understand just clear advice and came across as very trustworthy

The welcome was really warm and awesome, handing in and collecting the keys went very smooth. Very grateful for the vehicle health check that gave me peace of mind. There was an opportunity to be kept up to date with the service so I'm aware when the vehicle is ready for collection.

It was a great experience for me, very friendly and very helpful. Professional work was carried out on my 2013 F10 BMW 520d I was informed every step of the way and had no worries about my car, they also gave my vehicle a full wash, my service advisor was Reece Maynard, he made the experience very easy and was well spoken would definitely recommend to a friend or colleague.

From start to finish 5 stars, as soon as I walked into the show room I was made to feel welcome, very professional but with a personal touch. Can highly recommend Mini and their service team looked after my mini. The valet made my car look like it had just come out of the showroom.

Quoted guide price at £249 however my efforts had been ignored and extras were added that brought the price up to £409 by which time I was at the garage. My advice - don’t bother advance booking in as they won’t read it.
