Avoid
Don’t trust the valuation they give for your car when you trade in. They will mislead on the value of your car. Wouldn’t use this garage or group again. Actually feel robbed by the experience. Also discovered they are advertising the car with the incorrect mileage.
Naively thought you would get better treatment from a large group and not feel robbed and taken advantage of.

Outstanding service from Sytner Shrewsbury and very happy with the purchase of my new car. After visiting the showroom, and prior to taking a test drive, George sent me two videos of the car which was a nice touch and both he and Ashley were very knowledgeable, friendly and professional during the buying transaction. Perfect in everyway
So I decided to buy an approved mini after careful consideration, and I must say dean and Tim were both fantastic, amazing people so helpful along the way and couldn’t have asked for better service. Dean helped me all throughout the finance application and Tim helped me with the car. I pick the car up Thursday and I am over the moon. Massive thank you too everyone at mini Shrewsbury!
