My experience with synter was ok
My experience with synter was ok. TJ costis was a very helpful sales man but it was the preparation of the car when I picked it up which was not very good. It was disgusting and dirty inside the car looked like it hasn’t been cleaned. There was a few marks on the car which I thought they could of sorted for me which previous mini garages that I brought a car from done the marks and scratches for me.

Things which proved most helpful to me included: being able to perform the purchase largely by email; very professional handover with a surprising amount of useful information; doing some much of the administration work for me (such as DVLA refund application); and most importantly performing the transaction in a courteous, efficient, professional yet friendly fashion.

Easy transaction
Upgraded my 2 yr old JCW 3 dr hatch to a new JCW Clubman.
Quite a long delivery period but I was kept updated by James Downham on a weekly basis and the part exchange price for the hatch was held.
Altogether a painless process.

I had a fantastic experience with Mini Sunningdale. Tom, Ross and Adrian were fantastic. I ordered a new mini and couldn’t fault the service. I was regularly updated with the progress and the communication was great. Very friendly, committed and friendly.

I picked up my new mini from Sytner Sunningdale, the service I received from James Downham and Ross was exceptional, they were extremely helpful and explained everything to me in great detail, the whole process was very smooth and professional, highly recommend this dealership, this is my 3rd vehicle from here and will certainly be returning again

The staff at Sytner Sunningdale were so friendly and approachable. I was able to test drive the car and they made the whole process very easy.
Once I had decided to purchase the car the turn around time was very quick and they ensured all the paperwork was completed, so that I could drive away and enjoy my new car.

Sytner Sunningdale
After driving another brand for many years I was nervous at trying something new. However, I was blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of the sales staff and warm welcome when I visited the Mini Ascot showroom. I cannot fault the whole process from buying the car to collection which was also a fantastic experience. A special mention to TJ who went above and beyond.

Communication
Communication leaves a lot to be desired. I fail to understand how it can be both efficient and effective to have the person answering the main telephone so far from the dealership. This leads to many duplicated phone calls and frustration on behalf of the customer.
