Tefal Avis 3

I had to pots that warped into ovals. Called them, hasd to ship them back at my costs $20.00). They arrived at their facility on November 10th. It is now December 23rd and I have no replacements.
After I recieved my first email from them after a dozen calls last week stating they are sending replacements.
I called today for an update and was told they will they may ship by the first week of January. That would mean it took them over 2-months. Houses are built faster than that.
Do yourself a favor and buy any other brand byt T-Fal, they are the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service ever… The don’t care about customers and frankly they don’t want to hear it and everyone must be aware of the warranty .. The warranty on my pressure cooker says 5 years but it’s only 1 year (5 year for the pot body not the cover or the gasket which is one year) and customer service if you need to service the cover you need to take it to closest service center which is 250 miles away or ship it to them at my expense (all this for $95 pressure cooker)

The T-fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Jumbo Cooker 5 Quart Cookware is overpriced cookware considering the lack of a valid warranty. The nonstick coating is not as durable as some other brands, and the warranty is extremely limited. Additionally, the customer service is not very responsive.

It is difficult if not impossible to get T-fal to honor their warranty. The warranty-claim protocol was followed. After nine weeks there was no word from T-fal. T-fal was emailed to learn the status of the warranty claim. T-fal responded with a denial. The reason—the pan was overheated. The pan would be virtually worthless if this were true because the cookware was never exposed to more than low to medium-low heat.

This is a clear case of T-fal using deceptive business practices. They market their cookware as having a limited lifetime warranty, but the chances of them honoring that warranty are slim to none. If you are considering buying this cookware, think twice. There are other brands that offer better warranties and customer service.
