Exceptional service and great customer support
The live chat feature with a real person really helped me a lot in making my buying decision. The customer support after-sales was exceptional and always friendly. I needed to change my order which wasn't a problem at all to the team at Tahoe Mountain Sports. They were all very supportive and customer oriented. Something I miss dearly in Germany. I would recommend this shop to anyone without any doubt!

Great coat! Great price
My 4 year old loves this coat. She is always very picky with her clothes and how they feel, but she had loved this coat ever since I put it on her. It keeps her warm
And dry out in the snow for hours. We will try it out in a month or so on the slopes but I am confident I will see the same results. Love the fleece cuffs that keep the snow out of her wrists.

Order was shipped the same day and delivered 3 days later. Our system sends a couple of follow-up messages after each order, including one to rate the product and another to rate the transaction on TrustPilot. Marketing messages are only sent to people that specifically opt-in and contacts may easily unsubscribe from all future marketing messages.

2 day shipping does not mean you will receive it in 2 days..
I placed my order for some hiking shoes on Saturday in order for me to get a few days to break them in before a camping trip the following Friday. I did not receive my shoes until the Friday that I was heading out. I'm not sure if I should place the blame on Tahoe Mountain Sports or USPS for this but 2 day shipping doesn't mean you will receive your item in 2 days. >=/
