Hands down the best estate agency I've ever dealt with. When showing my family and I around the rental property, they were welcoming, friendly and provided us with all the relevant information. The process to start renting was quick, all the checks were completed in an organised and timely manner with the contract following soon afterwards. When signing documentation in person, they even gave us a complimentary tote bag with some useful things inside like a tool kit, measuring tape, notepad and more. Finally, as soon as a small fault was noticed in the property, they got a professional to investigate it within the day. Truly, examplary service all around. Couldn't be more pleased with how pleasant and simple they've made the usually daunting rental process! Big shout out to Innes and Joel for all their help.

Great communication and support when required. Check in calls/emails to see how things were going helped to alleviate some of the uncertainty in the period leading up to settlement.
