Their prices are almost fully fixed. The staff are very professional and mostly ring back if a message left for them. All the staff are pleasant with good interpersonal skills. I was made to feel important. The 3 staff I had most dealings with, Hannah on reception, Emma Swan Paralegal and Clair Owen solicitor/director were excellent.
