Amazing app! Easy to download and very easy to use worldwide. Most convenient app ever! Been uding Talkhome for 23 years

This used to be a reputable company. Now no longer ger reliable. Do not but from them, their service doesn't work. I bought a 5pound calling card online and the pin could not be recognised. The chat support is never online and there is no way to get a refund. It's actually become fraudulent.

I’ve been using talk to Home since 2000 and it has never failed me ! since WhatsApp up came in. I rarely use it. But whenever I do, it’s perfect.

Excellent card, no issues when making calls, just follow the instructions, company produces invoice.
They are not scams, buy with confidence

This is a scam company. I am unable to use my keypad to select menu options when I make calls from the UK to banks or companies in UK. They were ALL NOT premium numbers! Most UK companies and institutions require one to select an option when contacting them so it is useless if it can't be used.

I have never had any problems with this card, recharging, calling, connection is always good. Long may it continue, as I do not really ant to change the provider.

Tryed to port number didn’t happen tryed calling them they just hang out multiple times not good

Total waste of money – Expired before I even used it properly!

I bought a £5 Talk Home phone card and tried using it several times, just to dial a number – nobody even answered the calls! I didn’t get a chance to have an actual conversation, and suddenly the card expired. I lost my money without using a single minute of talk time. This is absolutely unacceptable and feels like a scam. Be careful – your credit might expire even if you haven’t used it. I will never use Talk Home again, and I don’t recommend it to anyone!

Yesterday, I bought a card and tried to use it with my family who are in another country. I dialed several times, but the calls wouldn’t connect. When the call did connect, it went to an automated voice, and within one minute, I was charged £3.

When I contacted customer service multiple times, instead of helping, they kept saying the sound wasn’t coming through and kept repeating “hello” without resolving the issue.

This company is dishonest and their service is useless. It feels like a scam designed just to steal money. I strongly advise against buying cards from this company under any circumstances.

Easy to use . Cheap ways to call and earning points . Absolute cheaper ways to call abroad rather than using your mobile . What’s not to like ?!

The access number connects me to the RAC! My son has attempted to use the card from Italy landline to call the UK. It will not connect. I am trying to find out if there is a none toll number he can call to access the service and then put in his pin rather than the toll free number. Talk home say their opening times but when I am calling in these times the phone goes dead. Please can anyone at Talk home assist as the information provided up to now does not work from Italy or UK????

I purchased the card today .when I made the call with the pin given to me I had no luck with the call I tried the number numerous times but the phone goes silent.i then called the number on the website ,which they told me I they have nothing to do with talking home but I should contact them directly( this call lasted 15 mins what a waste of money and time) I then called talk home and told the person what my problem was they listened to the problem and put me on hold I was then on hold for 20 mins when some picked up the phone they asked me what happened I then told them then they also put me on hold after 14 minutes they cut me off.
I tried to call again where I explained what just happened no sorry no nothing they heard what had happened and hung up.not sure what country it was sounded like India but my phone bill is going to cost more than the price of the calling card I purchased.dont waste you time.

I purchased vouchers from.paypoint. everytime I try to call international, it's say daily UK number.
When i try contacted thier fraud department, apparently they are not available to tle the call any time.

Do not under ANY circumstances purchase anything from Talk Home. I bought calling card, but wasn't given the pin or any details of the card. I reached out asking about a refund and didn't receive a response. It's a total scam. Stay well away!

This company refused to refund me after me a pin that wouldn’t work. I called their customer service times without numbers yet my refund was not processed. Very horrible company, bunch of scammers. I regret ever heard buyer calling card from them. Please do not patronise.

I was sent 6 digit verification code, but the box only have 4 to verify the code sent, which do not make any sense. I was unable to complete my task. Very frustrating to say the lease.

No concept of sticking to deadlines. Card arrived over 1 week after the order. Poor service and poor response too
