TAN-LUXE Avis 22

This is not a cheap product so expected it to be good. Makes very little difference to skin colour. Will be returning to my Dove tinted moisturiser quarter of the price and did what it says on the tin. Don’t waste your money on tan luxe.

I emailed them a query on 1 September It is more than a month but no reply till today. And i emailed them 3 times after that. Such bad customer service!!

I purchased 3 bottles on special offer of the tanning drops. I am very disappointed. I am half way through my second bottle and still waiting for my tan to appear. I feel cheated and would not recommend buying this product.

Absolute garbage been taking for 2 weeks now and not the slightest change in colour please don't waste your money on this product I feel totally ripped off claims it comes from the US it was shipped from China! For all I know I could of been drinking engine oil... they taste vile as well ..im sure there is something on the market that does actually tan you from the inside out that's genuine but sadly these Do Not !

Had to give one star to proceed but in reality wouldn't even go that far.
Knew I would have to wait for delivery but they sent wrong item. Numerous emails requesting to return for refund, eventually got a return address and sent at a cost of just over £12.00. original item was £25.00.
They now say they haven't received despite me sending proof of postage to the address they supplied.

Don't touch with a barge pole, customer service is non existent

Would NOT give one star Ordered this through Facebook and no Paypay accepted.. Advertised as US and I soon realised this was coming form China. I cancelled the order with immediate effect. Nothing came for 3 weeks then it arrived. I have contacted CS and they claim they don't refund on discounted items????? I cant see this seasonal item being discounted in May! I do not buy cosmetics from China . Unreasonable Company and they are mis advertising and conning customers!!!!!.

I bought what I thought was tan luxe (through shop pay) as it was advertised as tan luxe with a picture. What I received was something called milano. I've emailed 5 times & although they offer a 30 day money back guarantee I've heard nothing from them. I've tried reaching out to shop pay & that was a waste of time

I bought the Tan Luxe drops directly from their website. Took 6 weeks to get it as it was coming from China, I didn't realize that until after I bought it. I want to return the unopened packages only to be told they would not accept returns if ordered thru Facebook or Instagram! I even sent my confirmed order receipt showing it was purchased from their website! Their response to that was they no longer sell products off their website only through authorized dealers! What a scam!!!!! Gee, I even went back to their website and sure enough you can purchase products! If you want to return anything you purchase, good luck! Terrible company and terrible products!

Not received after three wks

Not impressed. Bought the tan luxe night repair from space uk.£40..what a waste of money.2nd application and still no colour🥱i tan quite easily but.i don't see a result?... won't be buying any more.

Be really careful of using. Had a really aggressive reaction to these drops. I put one drop in my normal day cream and 24 hours later ( Boxing Day ) I had a slightly orange face which felt dry and uncomfortable. Went on to have a miserable 8 days. I developed red patches of eczema and my skin was blotchy and tight. All of my light pigmentation (freckling ) was exaggerated having spent years trying to keep it at bay. I had to use a mild hydrocortisone cream diluted in my face cream and take antihistamine. The orange colour took ages to fade. Ever since my skin has not been right. I have contacted customer services using the email address listed but no reply since January 5th. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else and I want compensation of some kind. Have photos but won’t post here !

Shocking customer service, I’ve been waiting three weeks for my order to be dispatched and despite contacting the customer service team three times, I have been given no indication of when this will arrive. No offer of a goodwill gesture either.

I’ve been a customer for many years and use the products religiously so incredibly disappointing. I will be making a formal complaint.

The staff and owner are amazing, always there to help or have a chat, the customer service is 100% along with cleanliness 100% sunbed offers 100% I honestly love going I'm there

Wouldn’t recommend

I bought the butter gradual tan on Look Fantastic, however wasn’t very impressed after the first couple of coats. No colour what so ever until the 3rd coat. I know it’s a gradual but I feel like it’s a waste of money and product when you don’t see any colour until the 3rd coat.
Nice smell whilst applying but other than that I was disappointed and wouldn’t pay £25 for this product.

I’ve had an issue with a body butter, so I reached out to their customer support, and let me tell you they went above and beyond to ship me a replacement with no charge.

I received a very very very small pot it is like a sample pot. So do we get a larger pot can only probably use for 1 application. Will not buy again. Extremely dis appointed

Iv been using the hyaluronic serum for a few months now. Honestly it’s a game changer, hands down the best face product I have ever bought.

The product works but DO NOT order direct. Shipping is very, very slow as is customer service.

I've decided to write an honest rewiev for those who might seek for reviews later on, I hope it will be useful for some. I gave it 3 star as a neutral rewiev. I ordered The Face, The Body and The Butter. All of them work, BUT, I'm so pale and my skin is so fair. So after all that struggle of rubbing it in equally, is that I often notice patches. As well as few spots on body that develop strong colour, even though I put moisture cream on those places. And there's no way I can fix it, even after repeating process, I just make more mess. I've noticed recently that colour has a bit of an orange tint and you definitely can't use a lot of it at once. I did that once and my legs were literally CARROTS. It transfers on clothes, small amount tho, even if I waited 15min (as they recommended) without putting clothes on. It has some kind of a smell, that annoys me, but it's not all that terrible. Overall, I would love it, if after all that struggle and rubbing it in for minutes, it would put on an even tone everywhere at every spot of my body. I'd definitely try super glow for body and face, since they said it's more of a gradual and better for those with fair skin, but when i purchased these, super glow wasn't released yet.

Still waiting for my order to arrive! If you want to order this product go to Look fantastic as there customer service is so much better. My order was due to be delivered within a few days but it didn’t arrive. I am still waiting after a week for it to be dispatched!
